1. General information

The GORIZONT Project is one of three initiatives coordinated by the Organisation GROMADYANSKA INITSIATYVA (OGI) Iternational within the Programme "Internet Bridge: PARTNERSHIP FOR DEVELOPMENT". The project is being implemented under support of the associated members of the organization: Softline, JSC and Centre for Innovative Technologies, Pr.E.

The terms of participation in the GORIZONT Project and the functions of the free GORIZONT Service Package are listed below.

The decision to initiate GORIZONT Project was reached taking into account the informational support, that is currently being provided by

• web-site of Ukrainian Embassy in Brussels, www.ukraine.be/links.html,

The support, that may be provided by the future members of the GORIZONT Project, is of great importance to enable the successful implementation of this project.

CITeXchange is one of the advanced instruments, that was developed and implemented by Ukrainian scientists and specialists, designed for establishing both horizontal business links between the regions of Ukraine and efficient interaction between Ukrainian and foreign members of the investment process, and for decision making in the area of investment and innovative activity, and development business as well. 2. Terms of participation in the GORIZONT Project of foreign participants

The 60-day FREE TRIAL access to CITeXchange is available only for foreign entities (non-residents of Ukraine), participating in the GORIZONT Project. Those, who wish to participate in the GORIZONT Project, need to make the following steps described below:

1. Register with CITeXchange
   An authorized representative of the potential project participant registers at CITeXchange as a new user and gets the invoice in the sum of zero in the CITeXchange Billing System (by choosing the free GORIZONT Service Package).
   
   
2. Send Official Letter with Application Form attached
   Interested foreign entities inform the Organization GROMADYANSKA INITSIATYVA (OGI) International with an official letter (example [DOC, 20Kb]) about their wish to participate in the GORIZONT Project and get the 60-day FREE TRIAL access to CITeXchange services.
   
   Fill out the Application Form for participation in the GORIZONT Project (example, [DOC, 19Kb]), certify it by the Embassy or Trade Mission of Your country in Ukraine, and send it attached to the official letter.

The decision of making an applicant a participant of the GORIZONT Project is made during 72 hours following the receipt of an Official Letter with an Application Form attached.

When a positive decision is made, an applicant will be connected to the free GORIZONT Service Package and have an excellent opportunity to evaluate CITeXchange as a new instrument for bridging and managing economic relations and business links with Ukraine during the 60-day TRIAL PERIOD. Those, who discover CITeXchange as a useful instrument for their business, may purchase suitable CITeXchange Service Package at any time.

3. Functions of the GORIZONT Service Package

Within the GORIZONT Service Package, developed for the participants of this project, an authorized representative of a participant of the project (User) will have an opportunity to:

• add/edit his/her project proposals, that may be posted at CITeXchange in English, Ukrainian or Russian;
• look through project proposals of other users (up to 30 projects a month in a shortened variant, i.e. with no access to More detailed information and Information about the project registrator) with the purpose of looking for
  • partners for implementing cooperative projects (horizontal business links),
  • financing,
  • finance recipients, etc.;
• send partnership proposals to other projects, selected into the basket;
• answer partnership proposals of other CITeXchange users;
• manage subscription to free news;;
• manage personal data and payment history;
• access to free sections of CITeXchange Internet library;
• post his/her articles and press releases in CITeXchange publication system for free;
• access the 24/7 e-Forum of investment process participants.

CITeXchange instruments for speeding up the research process, the in-depth analysis, for developing Your own project e-portfolio with an opportunity to manage other users' access to the information fields of Your projects in CITeXchange data base, including

• automatic project search by selected information fields,
• basket with increased capacity and full functionality,
• Virtual Investment Office solution,
• tool for comparing the projects selected into the basket
